As part of our Lanstone Homes Customer Care service, we are pleased to offer an on-line Customer Care service request form for your convenience.

A Lanstone Homes Service Representative will contact you within one to three business days of receipt of your request. For any non-urgent minor items that can be dealt with at your 12 month warranty service visit (one year after you move-in) we suggest you keep a list for our service representative.
