COMING SOON - Lanstone Homes is pleased to announce purchase of the Lombardy Campground and the land behind the Fort Langley fire hall in historic Fort Langley, totaling 1.8 hectares.
This site is designated as Multi-Family Residential in the Official Community Plan for Fort Langley. However, the form, character and layout of any redevelopment have yet to be decided.
The site has an interesting history with its connection to the CN Station, the Rogers Feed Mill and the Hope family estate. Understanding the heritage of the property will help Lanstone Homes in coming up with appropriate designs and a plan that fit into the village.
Lanstone Homes is seeking input from local residents to help with formulating plans for the site that complement the character and charm of the area.
